Return Policy
We appreciate your business.
Your purchase may be in
transit within hours of placing an order.
Orders cannot be cancelled
or changed once merchandise has been shipped.
As soon as we have shipped
your order (pending credit authorization), you will receive a separate
email confirming shipment. Any tracking information will be included
at that time.
There are no refunds on
training programs or training materials.
However, if an item is defective,
we will exchange this item if returned within 30 days of purchase.
