	No. MLMU is a generic coaching and training organization.

	What qualifies MLMU to coach and train me?

Hilton Johnson, the co-founder, has been training and coaching people in direct sales for over 30 years and is widely regarded as the #1 sales coach in all of network marketing. His articles and book have been reprinted in every major network marketing publication.

	What is Business Coaching?
	Business Coaching is a 12-month personal coaching and training program that will help you create a customized business plan for building a successful network marketing business. The program begins with helping you to discover your top five signature strengths (your natural gifts, talents and abilities) and then shows you how to focus on those strengths to build your network marketing business in ways that are natural and comfortable for you.

	Who are the coaches?
	All of the coaches at MLMU are accomplished network marketers (most earn over $100,000 per year) who have mastered the proven sales, marketing and coaching models taught in the Business Coaching Program.

	How does Business Coaching differ from other coaching programs?
	Business Coaching differs in four ways: 1. You receive one-on-one, private and confidential coaching with an expert who is dedicated solely to your success. 2. You are not simply exposed to ways to build your network marketing business, instead a 12-step system is used to guarantee that you actually become an expert at what you need to know to build a large and profitable business. 3. You will participate in 48 unique business TeleClasses (teleconference training classes) that will completely take the guesswork out of what to do, how to spend your time and how to organize your network marketing business. 4. This is not a cookie cutter system. The entire 12-month program is customized around your talents and abilities, what you are comfortable doing and what you are capable of doing.

	How much time do I need to devote each month to get the full benefit from the Business Coaching program?
	That depends on your goals and how fast you want to grow. Typically you will invest 10 to 15 hours per month. However, there are vast resources available at your fingertips in both audio and text format in the private Business Coaching area of the website. Additionally, there are ongoing support classes, group coaching sessions and community activities available for you to immerse yourself in this program if you desire to do so.

	Why should I join Business Coaching when my company is already providing me with training and support?
	Business Coaching is designed to compliment the training and tools provided by your company. It is also designed to focus more attention on you as an individual and provide you with proven sales and marketing skills that you can't get anywhere else.

	Why should I pay for a coach when my sponsor will coach me for free?
	Often sponsors who are successful simply don't have the time to give a person the individual attention he or she may need. If they are unsuccessful, they may have the time but isn't that like the blind leading the blind? Also there is a tendency for people that are close to you, to tell you things that you want to hear. This is because they either don't want to hurt your feelings or because they like you, they tend to love everything you do. In Business Coaching your coach will tell it like it is with no holds barred. You will be pushed, pulled and cajoled to do the things you know you should be doing and your coach will not let you off the hook until you achieve the goals you've set out to accomplish.

	If I enroll in Business Coaching what happens if I don't like the coach I am assigned?
	The program is all about you. In the unlikely event that you are not compatible with the coach assigned to you, we will assign you a new coach.

	Can I use the coaching and training skills I learn in Business Coaching to coach and train my downline?
	Absolutely. In fact, in Business Coaching you'll be taught how to coach and train your organization. You cannot, however, duplicate or share any training materials, private resources, teleconference numbers or any copyrighted or proprietary materials of MLMU.

	Can I become an MLM Coach through MLMU?
	Yes. Almost all of our coaches are people who have achieved outstanding success as a direct result of our coaching and training programs. As your business grows and you become more successful as a result of Business Coaching, you could qualify to be one of MLMU's certified MLM Coaches(r).
