Francis Lerno
 
Francis has been fascinated by the world of selling & business since his childhood in Guadeloupe, French West Indies where he was born. His parents and 4 grandparents were all business owners. He started selling at a young age.

In 1988 he traveled to Canada to study at a business school.
Francis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a
specialty in Marketing & Human Resources.

He has been in NWM for over 18 years and has a downline of
hundreds of distributors in Canada, the U.S. & Europe.

As a single dad of a 17-year-old son, Olivier, Francis has been able to spend lots of time with his son because of the flexibility of his NWM business. Francis believes that because he was home most days when his son returned from school, and because he was able to arrange his schedule around Olivier’s activities, the amount of time they spent together is in great part responsible for the excellent relationship Olivier and his dad have.

Francis’ interest in being a MLMU Coach is related to the fact that working with distributors has always been his favorite part of the NWM business. Francis is passionate about seeing MLM’ers become more skillful, more confident and achieve their dreams.

Francis loves being his own boss and working from home. He wants to help MLMU students achieve that as well while enjoying the journey. And, he wants to help those clients with kids learn how to build their businesses successfully without neglecting their family.

Francis fluently speaks French, English & Spanish. He lives in Laval, Quebec, the French province of Canada.
